Mr. Niaz Moinudeen, Director and Resident of Dhaka has graduated from Dhaka University. His flagship company, Trade Linkers Limited was established in 1st June of 1976. It is a private limited company registered with the joint stock company Government of Bangladesh. The company initially started with supply of various kind of Defence equipments, Garments and clothing to various NGOs and Government Departments and now has also started Trading and Supply of many Computer Hardware through the office of the Directorate General Defence Purchase, Ministry of Defence, P.R. of Bangladesh.


In 1978, the company became the sole representative in Bangladesh for M/s. Thermax Limited, India for marketing of all products in Bangladesh, such as package Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Absorption Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, and Water Treatment Chemicals.

So far, 900 Nos. of Package Boilers sold in Bangladesh, over 150 Nos. of Absorption Chillers. Today Thermax controls 70% of Boiler market in Bangladesh simply because of efficient and timely after sales service activities. M/s. Trade Linkers Ltd, employees about 25 Technical and Commercial personnels for its operation. Besides exclusively representing Thermax Limited which has turnover of over US $ 100 million, Trade Linkers- flagship company of the Group who has promoted Lerica Trading (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd., also has Agency Agreement with the following Companies.

1.ThyssenKrupp India Limited: Manufacturers of Cement Plant, Sugar Plant and Bulk Handling equipments
2. Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Ltd: A Joint Venture Company between Thermax India and Babcock Wilcox, USA. Manufacturers of large package Boilers, Exhaust Gas Boilers, Heat Recovery Steam Generator.
3. The Raymond Woolens Mills Ltd, India: Manufacturers of Woolen Blankets and Woolen Fabrics. (Raymond is a 100 million USD company)
4. Johnson Screens, USA/ Australia / India: Manufacturer of Stainless Steel Screens (Strainers for Oilwell, Gaswell and Waterwell).
5. Representative for C.N. Romtegnica, S.A. Romania in Bangladesh.

With the passing of time, Company gained reputation as one of the leading Trading, Import & Export Firm in Bangladesh.
